Hello I will be back in Philippines soon and will be doing 2year course. Also I will be doing English Language Test but don't know where to take the test. Anyone know where and what is the best English Language Test Center in Cebu? or if there is one in Leyte that would be great. Hope to get responses. Thank you so much
