The interest drop worked out well for me. It came at a good time. I was able to be with my wife in The Philippines for a total of 16 weeks over a 10 month period. The exchange rate wasn't clever but, it was still worth it. I agree Somebody, interest rates will rise, sure as eggs are eggs. When, is the question, that we dont know.
