68k a month is plenty..
A Filipino family of 2 adults and 2 kids can live on 5k a month or less depending if they have an income or not.
Our expenses here in the province come to around 30K a month and there are 8 of us living in this owned house..
That amount doesn't include school fees etc but I doubt you will need to know about that kind of thing.
