The Home Office will probably want to know why she is on a visitor visa if you new their might be a slight chance of marriage, as they are not sympathetic to people who try to pull the wool over their eyes. You may not have known, but the HO will probably not see it that way.

Have you wrote them a letter explaining this, and including copies of all the marriage documents? As you should have done this the day after the marriage.

I know of a number of people who came on a visitor visa, got married, and then had to go back to the Philippines and apply again. Very messy, as they then take their time over it, as they consider such people as trying to fiddle the system.

Sorry if it sounds harsh, but it's the way the HO work, not me, which is why I always tell people to be 110% honest from the start otherwise, you start digging a deeper hole.
