    A Public INconvenience?

    ed off? You bet!

Spare a thought for the "desperate" male denizens of - and visitors to - the 'unFair City' of Perth ...

... who are being expected to "tie a knot in it" ... pending ongoing refurbishment of the town's only centrally-located public lavatory.

Hmm ... well, it's gonna be a marathon*race against time for the workers employed on the job - armed with their giant "toothbrushes", s and liberal sprinklings of Harpic - clean(s) "round the bend"!

On a somewhat brighter note, however ... rumours abound that the newly revamped facilities are to be officially *inaugurated by no lesser a personage than Sir Lou Freshener ... a distinguished Scottish pee(e)r! ...

... who is scheduled to "zip"-up the A9 in/with his bog-standard 'Rolls' for the *this appearance!

The lack of decent public conveniences is a pain when you are out with small kids, these days I usually rely on a good old fast food chain for toilet facilities, but it also means that I have to buy the kids a Happy Meal

It makes me chuckle when I'm in the Phil's and have to pay 5 or 10 peso's to pee in a bucket or a hole in the ground in a small shed with no running water, soap or toilet paper
