it can be insulated from the inside pannel the roof and walls , i asume you intend to pannel the walls, not bear? not sure but i believe a foil layer,to reflect the heat, in uk you can buy plasterboard sheets foil backed, here it relfects the cold out and the heat back in, it will do the same job just in reverse,Originally Posted by Steve.r
