Two or three weeks ago I was on this site looking for a reputable company for my good lady to do her A1 English Language Test. I read on one of the posts here that someone had used Study Connect in Cagayan De Oro (CDO).
Well, my girl contacted them, arranged to do a practice day then the following sat her test. She's had confirmation that she's past the test. She got a text the beginning of last week, and on Thursday she received her certificate. She said she found staff very helpful and friendly.
On Friday they phoned her to congratulate her on her pass. Just prior to the call she'd had some difficulty completing the online visa application form so cheekily asked if they would help her do it online. They said sure!
The staff sat with her doing the online application, printed off paper copies etc. She said it took almost two hours all told.
The staff did not want paying for the time they had spent with her, so when it was finished she took them out for a meal. She's very happy with the staff working in the CDO office Study Connect. From what she's told me, it's EXCELLENT customer service!!!!!
