This lechon de leche was roughly 4 kilos cleaned weight. In the past 31 days, I have managed to lose a stunning (for me) 22 pounds or roughly 10 kilos or the equivalent of 2.5 of these lechons from my six foot frame. I am now 174 pounds first thing in the morning, compared to about 196 a month ago. Don't ask me the science, but let me say the weight loss on its own was already impressive.
