Got everything packed away ready to go, and the man from DHL says no perfums. Interparcel have even said no liquids at all or creams or gels!!!!

how soon do you need to send it?
you can get a small balikbayan but will take upto 6/8 weeks.
i have learnt to do what my wife says!
DHL etc, use aircraft, they are not allowed liquids for obvious reasons...... balikbayan goes by ship and can include liquids.

I would have thought that the majority of cosmetics could be sourced and delivered with Philippines ?
Still, IanB, you already got them so that's no help to you.
Balikbayan box is probably best choice
