Let your fiancee get some estimates from different wedding packages in the place where the wedding will take place..Some of those places will give already the roughly amount or cost of the entire wedding either it be held in the church, infront of the judge, or even a garden wedding. Sometimes there's already a minimum or maximum people mention, as well as the dresses/entourage,cakes,car.photos and food in the reception. In that way you can start from there and it will be expanded/added or deducted as you go along.
