I've got a feeling this is another 'aftershock'.
There have been very many aftershocks with little reporting.
One of my friends has said it's almost constant shaking with a big one every now and then. He lives in north Ibaraki area.
Must be so difficult to live with all that's going on.

He told me that hundreds of people are already buying foodstuff and water etc from Tokyo area then making the long drive as far as they can get to evacuation centres and hospitals etc. Nobody asks for finacial payments. That's community spirit and real compassion.

If you use the Earthquake plugin for Google Earth you will see over 100 good sized aftershocks.
