If it's a fun site you can use http://www.000webhost.com/ , if it's something you think is worthwhile, or for business, get a proper account. I use http://myhosting.com/web-hosting/basic.aspx for my blogs, although I have the VPS option.

I think its more that I have paid for it for years and did not know how to use it

Then yesterday my brother called and said he would sort it so i emailed the photos and text to him, I am hoping to find out how to add things for future use
