I know what you mean Shrek! It seems nowadays there are more & more greedy companies getting away with thieving from their customers. Only today I was speaking to a fella who went to Oz in January. He hired a car from Avis and during the time he had it, one of the tyres was punctured and they've sent him a bill for approx £300 for a replacement tyre.
