CFO Seminar and Sticker (Cebu)

Heya! Hope youre having a great Sunday!This concerns only for settlement visas-in my case fiance visa...I hope this would help a bit...


STEPS:
1. Be at Saint Mary building at 7:00 - 7:30 in the morning.
2. Fill up the forms.
3. Pay 250.00 pesos and then they will take picture of you for the certificate.
4. Film showing
5. Lunch
6. One on one counseling ( the nun will be asking you personal questions)
7. Issuance of the Guidance and Counseling Certificate.
8. Go to CFO office for registration and for the sticker.


REQUIREMENTS:
For Counseling
1. photocopy of your passport ( first and last page)
2. Photocopy of the page of the passport where the visa is.
2. Photocopy of your birth certificate ( bring the original too)
3. Photocopy of your fiance's birth certificate
4. pictures together ( the strict nun/counselor will ask for this). I suggest you bring all the documents you brought with you during the USEM interview.
5. photocopy of a valid I.D.

For CFO Registration
1. Photocopy of you passport page where the visa is.
2. Photocopy and original copy of the guidance and counseling certificate.
3. Payment of 400.00 pesos.

Congratulations on your visa & thanks for CFO information on Cebu. My wife submitted her spouce visa application on Thursday & fingers crossed when it's granted, she will have to go to Cebu for the CFO seminar.

Thank you so much for this info Queenbee., in my case, i will be applying for spouse visa soon, but before i could have my passport changed to my new family name, i will have to attend the CFO seminar. In this case I will prefer Cebu as it maybe less expensive than going to manila. Thanks again Queenbee! and Congratulations! xx
