Goin to submit my settelment application in 2weeks, I'm also exempted for the english language test coz my husband is serving the british armed forces under part 7 of immigration rules. I also have a 4 yrs old daughter does she need to go with me at the visa center for biometrics are is she exempted for it? And does we also need to submit the sponsorship undertaking form? really need some details im so mixed emotions for it.thank you

no he is not the father of my daughter, she is an illegitimate child so no problem coz she is using my surname.and my husbnad is serving the HM focers for 4yrs already,we already inquire this to the embassy then they give us an email that I'am exempted under part 7 of immigration rules.
