Phone calls to the Phils!

Hi,

I wonder if you could help! My best friend is home in the Phils for annual leave and I've been trying to call her but I can't get through and I get "We can't complete your call" It's her mobile number I ring. What code do I have to do because I know that it's 0063.
Any help would be much appreciated.

take out the 00 try +63

+63 then the number is for landlines in the Philippines.
+69 then the number is for mobile / "cellphone" numbers in the Philippines.
If you're calling the number for the first time, press and hold the "0" symbol on your mobile phone, "+" will appear. Best to save the number for future use

Mobile may be out of range or off. Send a text message and email.

Thanks everyone. She has no Internet where she is but we can always text. Also she can't receive calls either. :(
