I usually wear trousers, shirts and jackets with loads and loads of pockets. Can easily carry plenty kgs. Then transfer to hand carry later.
It's taken me over 20 years to find the ultimate capacity clothing.I generally just wear jeans and shirt, possibly a jumper for the flight, but nothing with loads of pockets
