sadley, the father has died and the mother just does'nt wan't to know,
my wife is keen to bring her to the uk ( child is aged about 14 ).
any ideas as to the hoops we will have to jump through or does any one know a department at the home office that will pick up the phone.
adoption i think is the only way.
