Well depends on the amount, how fast you need it to get to the person and what if any bank account and/or money pick up companies near them. Also what id the person has.
Western union can be quick and are everywhere in phil for the person to pick up the money.
Xoom not so fast but easy to do and more choice of ways of payment.
Moneygram im told are quite good.
There are speclist companies such as Philrem which you either pay money in to there bank account or vist there office and again have a varity of ways to pay the money to the person via bank,pick up or to there door. These companies normally are better value for money exchange rate and fee.
We personally use a mixture of westren union when money has to be there asap, xoom and philrem.
All have there plus and minus points.
Do be careful has i have read and heard of a few dodgy remitance companies both on the net and here in the uk. Like anything involving handing over your money, be real careful.
If your still not sure after researching the various ways, explain on here the amount you need to send and where the person is etc and im sure someone can offer you advise on a efficent way to send.
