.I am planning to apply my mother as family visitors visa. I am not familiar with the current processing application now in Manila. Do we need to apply online? Or application can be filled up? I did filled up mine when I apply spouse visa, not sure about the online application though.. Do you need to log on now and print it out? Or handwritten application is still acceptable? Thanks..
