first you need your CNI( certificate of no impediment) to say you are free to marry
Your birth cerificate
your absolute decree if you are divorced your baptise certificate from your church
your fiancee needs to go to the NSO get form No 4 to say she is free to marry
she needs to get her birth certificate as well,,,not sure if you can get this all in the one day at cebu,,,mines was done in manila,,,i hope some of the other members will be able to offer you better advice ,,,but welcome anyway
