    Travel insurance (From the Philippines)

Hey all, Just a quick question. My wife has had her Visa application approved and I've booked our tickets (I'm flying out to bring her back). Problem is... Travel Insurance, every where I look in the UK for Insurance says you must be a UK resident to apply. So I don't want my wife flying with out any. I have looked for Philippine based Insurance and not having much luck. HSBC PH was offering Insurance but only on return flights and 2 days before you fly (not good). Just need single trip Insurance from today or tomorrow cause in these times airlines can go bust over night. Thanks for any help.

    Kevin and Gem.
