Does anyone have a link to the changes that the government suggests to curtail immigration?

I thought most immigrants were from EEC countries.

Most people I have met over the past five years or so have told me they are angry with the amount of Eastern Europeans that have moved here for work.

Under Labour 3.2 million foreign citizens arrived in Britain, about 80% from outside the EU
