Marriage Contract- Advise needed please.

I applied on a piecemeal basis and it took me only three weeks to get my NSO Marriage Certificate...basically, your wife needs to get an endorsement from her local provincial statistics officer(PSO) to be sent to the NSO...

Just means more time to wait before applying visa as she wants to change passport also. Don't think i will be applying soon.

with regards to change passport,was it name changes / renewal? if she wish to change her surname into yours she must provide marriage contract (NSO) and certificate of attendance from the CFO(because shes married to non filipino citizen/foreigner)

It looks like it is going to be a while before applying

She wants to renew her passport as it is an old version and I'm sure it only lasted 5 years and it was from 2006. I think that is what she said. Also the name changes also. So could she do the CFO at any time now then? Need to do more research
