i got my CNI in city hall belfast,i just needed my birth certificate,my divoree decree and my passport, plus my fiancees detail. and when and where we are to be married.that was it.
thn waited two weeks before i collected it.

one more thing can i get the CNI translated here even if he isnt still here????mean like he will post me the papers so by the time he will arrive i already got his CNI translated????/

and the British Embassy was in taguig right?????? as he is a british national residing in Northern,Ireland UK

sorry maybe someone else can answer that one,i havent been there yet with my CNI, i'll be going in June,to the British consulate in Cebu.

hi there Lykayu, No you can not get CNI translated before arrival. He has to go there in person otherwise it could be seen as identity theft by the embassy. There is no way of telling who that person is if he is not there in person.

Yes the British embassy is in Taguig, on Mckinley Hill.
