Refused for uk visa ' child settlement under 18'

Hi Everyone

Im 17 years old. I Applied for uk visa under the category ' child settlement under 18' since my mom is an Idefinite Residant in London.
But my application got rejected saying that you need both your Parents settled in the Uk.

and i dont wish to Appeal.
But i wana visit my Mom atleast for a Month.
So can i now apply for a " child Visitor Visa" ?
Please please Reply Sooner.
