I don't support any team, but can't help but think this will probably be uniteds last prem crown. Dalglish has soon turned things round at Liverpool and I'm sure they'll soon be the dominant team in England again, especially when fergie finally retires.

Nah it's not as easy as that.
The Liverpool players have lifted their games especially against the big teams but are a long way off any title challenge.

The king Kenny effect will wear off once the dust settles and I think at the moment he can't loose as the team has improved but if they struggle and kenny faces pressure things will change.
I think United will get rid of some crap,(Gibson,John O'Shea,Anderson,)wish Carrick too but he extended contract and hopefully buy some new players.

United have been written off so many times and have proved people wrong so I have no reason to think we cant win a title next year.

I don't think the Kenny effect has worn if in the past when he's been given time to build the squad he wants, and with the new owner's throwing in some cash in the summer (plus their promising youth players who were apparently superb yesterday) I can see them being very strong next season. As I said when fergie leaves - which surely can't be far off now - there will defintely be a transition period as they're pretty big boots to fill.

And of course having the best fans in the country will always give Liverpool that 12th man

Kenny is doing what the last managers never done, and he's bringing players up from the academy, remember, he's the one that brought through the likes of Fowler.

It's not so much the Kenny effect, he's put back into Liverpool what was destroyed over the last 10 or so years, passion. You can feel the whole atmosphere around the club has changed, and it's 100% he'll get a full-time contract, probably just haggling over how many car radios he's allowed

Well They are a better team for it,I think next season could be more intersting than this and I hope the standard improves as it's been the poorest for years-my team included

From a Liverpool perspective this season has been poor, and maybe as with politics we should blame it all on Kenny for not fixing it quick enough, or for the decisions he made in the 80's ........ I think this season has been more that other teams have figured out how to shutdown the bigger teams better and levelled the playing field. Throw in the likes of Stoke & Blackpool and they don't play what we call standard Prem football, but that makes it more interesting.

Pity Kenny didn't take charge at the beginning of the season. I think Liverpool would be safely in the top four by now, and I reckon they could still make it as Man City and Tottenham are too inconsistent. I think Tottenham's honeymoon will be over soon. Redknapp's a great wheeler dealer & man manager but his teams concede too many goals.
