Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.
Yeah, I really liked KK and Sabah, and will definitely try to get back there and see more of it. The Filipino market and night food market were my favorites. Elaine was talking to some of the Pinay waitresses at the eateries, most came from Jolo, Sulu or Zambo, so just a short trip across the sea to make the back door trip
I was in West Malaysia 2 years ago and whilst it isnt as clean as Singapore, HK or Brunei, it was on par with most of southern Europe. East Malaysia is fairly similar, certainly not like the Phil's where litter is everywhere and the pavements are crumbling. The other thing I liked about Borneo was that cars stopped at pedestrian crossings - It must be the manners we Brits taught the colonials![]()
