    My car does get down to 7mpg at full chat though.

    I also started my career working for a corn merchant, and later the Ministry of Agriculture.

    'Own label' sugar-free plain porridge oats are my nutritious staple.

    Tap water is probably safer than ANYTHING that comes out of a bottle IMO.

    I ignore all marketing bullshit. Always have done.
