There's a Philippines Independence Day Celebration on the 11th of June 2011 at St Albans Social Centre, St Albans Church Place, Lark Hill Street, Blackburn BB1 6HG starting at 7pm. You'll meet lots of filipina/filipino in there. Tickets are sold at £11.50 per person and 16 years below are free.

If you want to find a Filipina try shouting 'Kamusta Ka' in crowded places. If your lucks in, bingo, whisk her away somewhere quiet but if it isn't you might get whisked away yourself.
