Oh dear, your story is so sad Victoria.

I feel sorry for you and your predicament.

I'm not the one to tell people how to live their lives, but the problem is that the govt. people here DO expect us to live in a certain way if we want to sponsor a fiancee or a spouse to come live here.

From the figures that you have provided, your partner does not have enough income.

I'm pretty certain that your partner's living arrangements will fail the test too.

Until he can satisfy UK govt. basic requirements, as shown on their website, you will both need to wait.

What age is your partner ?

I have got her a nice apartment and l send her my wages to pay the bills. It shows that l support her. Hi.

The UKBA really aren't concerned with any support you've given to your partner in the Phils, and it has no bearing on your application other than proof of contact, and that a relationship exists.

By your partner applying for a visa with YOU as a sponsor in THIS country, it means that you are subject to examination by the UKBA to check if you can meet their very basic requirements.

From what I've read so far, it appears that you don't.

All they are asking is that you are able to provide a roof over your heads, independent of your family, which surely most adults can do ?
Also that you have a regular, reliable and sufficient income so as not to be living off the state.

Why on earth didn't you check what the requirements would be before getting engaged to the lady, and perhaps making promises that you couldn't deliver ?

May I very kindly suggest you read and review the following, you will then be in a much better position:-

UKBA - Settlement - visa application guide

Immigration Rules - Fiance(e) and proposed civil partners

Example of the application form here

Please read about new proposals from the government ,slim chances..get your skates on before they changed their rules again and put the costs up again.
