cheers graham, ive used various flours but just cant get the same results , not sure why .. may be if i chill the flour before n after i may find better results esp when i do a mango crumble.. as for wine yeasts .. just cant find any.. just wanna get some mango wine on the go..Originally Posted by grahamw48

I'm sure yeasts are easily available.
