I think you need to ask for 'American' type flour.
No sugar.
I'm sure yeasts are easily available.
First stop...ask at a good bakery.
cheers graham, ive used various flours but just cant get the same results , not sure why .. may be if i chill the flour before n after i may find better results esp when i do a mango crumble.. as for wine yeasts .. just cant find any.. just wanna get some mango wine on the go..

Here`s a recipe for mango wine but too many ingredients that I dont have a clue about!!
I wonder if they are necessary?
3-4 lbs fresh mango
2-1/2 lbs finely granulated sugar
7-1/4 pts water
1-1/2 tsp acid blend??
1/2 tsp pectic enzyme?
1 tsp yeast nutrient?
1/4 tsp tannin?
Montrachet or Champagne wine yeast.. (Bread yeast nalang)
Also a mate of mine makes wine in Malaysia... He reckons you can use a balloon with holes in for an airlock..
