Restaurant: Pay by Weight

I know of eat as much as you can Resturants normaly Chinese in the Uk but some in Phill which charge by weight for food left on the plate.

So do I ... there's an 'Eat All You Can', buffet-style Chinese Restaurant of this style in Perth.
