Getting Married in Phils

Hello All (again)
I am starting to get into my stride now!

I am currently waiting for my Fiancee to get her English sorted out for TOEIC exam all our evidence is collected together (although questionmarks about wedding plans following a post I read have me thinking) but I am always thinking of plan B.

I read on here that getting married in Phils means you can bring your Wife home quickly - could someone outline how quickly and why - if they dont mind filling me in?
I know you cant short cut some things but I do like to have a "quickly to execute backup plan".

no i don't think it makes much difference, if any at all, in the time scale if you apply for a fiancee or spouse visa, should take the same time to process.
