Fingers crossed it wont cause the same chaos as the one in April 2010, my KLM flight from BHX - MNL was delayed by 9 days, and messed up my internal flights/hotel bookings in the Phils.
It's worth checking your travel insurance too. I lost around £300 on my internal flights and late hotel cancellation fees. My travel insurance only coughed up £150 as that is the maximum they would pay out for delayed departure.
