Lyn used the VIP service too.....
I know it goes against the grain and just lining the pockets at VfS but it was great to know that Lyn didnt have to queue and that she had a place to relax.
Also good to know that i there is something you missed there is free copying etc
Same goes for your ID pictures they will replace there at no charge!!
Lyn thinks the staff also had more respect towards the applicants
