You are the applicant. Are you husband or wife?
From your username I guess you are wife.

From memory...
Settlement visa covers both Fiancee application & also Spouse application.
Thus if you are already married and wishing to join your husband enter "spouse"
If you are engaged to your partner and wishing to get married in the UK enter "Fiancee"
