Visa needed for a job interview

Hello everyone,

I am a student in Hungary, but an Indian, and I have to attend an assessment program (just like an interview) in UK for 2 days. I received this offer today and I have to be there next Monday, which leaves me only 1 week. Can anyone please tell me what kind of visa is required for this and how long it will take to process?
