I wonder if there any Filipinos living in, or near Seaton in Devon, as my wife and I are thinking of retireing there probably next year, so it would be nice, especially for Emilie to make some Filipino friends down there that can play Mahjong.
We are spending a week down there next week to have a look around.

I have no idea if there is a Phils community in that area.
I can only suggest that when you make your visit make a point of looking for Hospitals,Care Homes etc and Oriental Stores. By asking a few questions you may well find some useful info.
Not forgetting local RC churches.

we've just been in devon last week lovely place lots of places to see..
anyway, our last day there... we toke our lil daughter to woolacombe beach it was busy that day and i did saw few filipino there talking tagalog got no time to make friends for my lil daughter cant wait to do rock pooling
im sure there will be filipinos living somewhere there
that is close to Lyme Regis, almost certainly will be some Filipinas there in the many care homes for the elderly.
