I wish I could attached the resident permit sent to me so that everyone can see whether real or not. I can not copy and paste the document.
I wasted my time and money dealing with an employer whom I believe is real.

The only REALISTIC way you are going to be able to come settle here is to marry a UK citizen.
Much simpler if you have never been married before (so no need for annulment).
Forget employment....unless you can be considered a 'skilled migrant', and that is unlikely, and SPONSORED by an employer (not an agency.
Best of luck.
Filipinas are welcome here , and if you meet someone and come in on a Spouse visa, then you will be permitted to work, without restriction.

I just googled your question (often the easiest way to ask a general question)
See her:- http://www.ukimmigration.com/employe...ermit_visa.htm
A UK Work Permit is a document issued by the Work Permits (UK), a part of the Home Office Immigration and Nationality Directorate; it gives you permission to employ a specific person in a specific job at a specific location.
A UK Work Permit is not a permission for the employee to take up work in the UK. The permission for an employee to enter and work in the UK is conferred by a UK Immigration or Consular officer who, following the issue of a Work Permit, may issue to the employee a suitable visa. The visa is an endorsement stamped in the employee’s passport.
Even if an employee is already working in the UK on a Work Permit, a new employer must obtain a new Work Permit before the employee can change jobs.
Sorry about the work permit info but I was thrown by the use of the expression 'resident permit' rather that 'leave to enter.'
I am indebted to Terpe for pointing out my error so 'forcefully'
Skydipper maybe this site will provide the info you seek:-

Honestly, I could say that I am really blessed. I have known about this website early before risking another amount. Let's all pray that no other victim of scam will the suffer the same problem as mine. I already emailed the UKBA regarding this matter. Thanks to Mr. Graham and thanks to all of you ofcourse.
