Well said Fred, that was our view when we started looking through the list of foreclosed properties, most of them seemed to be junk. same a s a lot of the new sub divisions that never seem to get completed, I am thinking of the one we nearly bought into at Balite on the AC to San Fernando road some 15 years ago, Looks very shabby now.
