EEA Family Permit denied need HELP!!!!!

    Hi,

would appreciate any advice on my queries:

I applied for an EEA Family Permit twice and still they refuse my application.

based on the letter I receive on my first application stated there that As an unmarried partner you are required to demonstrate that you have been living together in a relationship akin to marriage for a minimum of 2 years. Apart from a few photographs together, there is no evidence that you have an established relationship nor that any relationship you might have now has been akin to marriage for the minimum period.
Then i reapplied again still they refuse it, despite all the documents /supporting documents we submitted. it says you have not provided evidence to prove this requirements such as joint bank statement, bills, rental agreements, etc. accordingly, i am not satisfied that u have been in an established relationship akin to marriage for 2 years prior to your application.

Though we submitted all the documents needed for my application including the rental agreement pregnancy statement from ob was submitted i am 14 weeks pregnant also submitted employer dependency certification stating that i am listed as his partner as a dependent since Jan 2009 statements from neighbors and billing in my name on our mutual address now we got married last Monday June 6 I reschedule a new application for this coming Friday I have the municipal wedding certificate but no red ribbon because that will take up to 3 months here in the Philippines and also the wedding pictures i can submit with my application .

please advice what to do since they do not even call or interview us it looks like they do not look at all the papers we submit my husbands job start June 27 in the UK so we are running out of time

Thank you for the help advice you can give us
    Karen

its pretty rare for a family permit to be refused but as your applying for a unmarried partner visa, they are pretty strict for the evidence spread over 2yrs. as they've already told you what evidence they want .such as joint bank statement, bills, rental agreements

why don't you wait til you have your wedding cert and apply for a family permit as a partner, it will be more difficult for the embassy to refuse you then..

what country is your husband from ?

    He is from the Netherlands.
We applied again right after we got married and filled it two weeks ago on Friday, the Wednesday after i received a text that is being processed at the embassy no notification by e-mail after that we did not hear anything anymore by the tracking service it is still processing.
The two applications before was done in 4 days.
Does anyone have experience with this longer processing time???

    Thanks for any help feedback

    Karen

the others were 4 days because the refused you, this time it might take longer to do any checks, but its difficult to refuse you now, only thing they can really refuse you on is if they think its a fake marriage

you'll have the result pretty quick, family permits are suppose to be a priority
