The hardest part was motivating myself to start, now I'm in the swing of it, it's becoming addictive and I don't look for excuses not to do it tonight.
Good luck with your exercises too Lescycling and running looks like too much hard work for me at the moment, but I might give it a go if I can pack up smoking first. I think it will kill me if I keep on smokiing.
I can't offer any advice on weight loss other than take in less calories than you use in a day, and try to avoid anything high in sugar and saturated fat, and if possible only eat food you prepare yourself, ie salad, veg and meat or fish (nothing manufactured or processed). I started reading food labels a few years ago and it's scary how much sugar is in some of the things we eat. Processed food is the worst for sugar content, especially the one that clain they are low fatsometimes they can be upto 40 or 50% sugar
I was 14.2 stone ten years ago, and I'm now 11.6
I did get down to 10.13 last year but that was too skinny and have bulked up a bit since I've been doing a few exercises on and off over the last yr.
