Day 8 of my gym workouts, just done another 30 minutes in my garage/gym. I've managed to do 6 20-30 minute sessions in the last 8 days, and always try to do 100 sit ups a day, 50 in the morning and another 50 in the evening. Even after a week I can feel it's starting to do some good, feeling more toned up and less saggy already

At some point I want to start my Multigym but I'm concentrating on the fitness/weight loss first
