, any of the times he's been interviewed either off-court or in-between matches. Maybe it's due to my hearing difficulties ... but, to MY ears, his responses appear to sound more like mumbles and grunts that belie his obvious talent. 'Has he some kind of problem with his diction?' I find myself wondering; indeed, IS he Scottish at all?
I ask because - whatever our faults (and like most folk, we have many) -
