Lamb is my very favorite roast.
At the butcher or the supermarket I can very easily find English and Welsh lamb.
Also New Zealand lamb is just about everywhere.
I can't recall seeing any lamb from Europe.
Are there any lamb imports from EU? What's it like in terms of taste and quality?
