We just requested for another copy of my son's birth certificate this morning from the Registrar's Office and the cost rise from £10 four months ago to £15!

    Oh dear!

hay naku moy! I am part of the batch that paid the £50 fee for the Life in the UK exam and to think that a friend of mine paid £34 when she just took the exam a few weeks from me.

I recently applied for Irish Nationality. I used an official copy of my UK birth Certificate, issued in 1940. I was 1 year old then so don't know how much it cost ! No problem with the application, now I have dual nationality .
