Filipino passport for my Son??

Not sure where to begin looking on the internet for info on this.. confused.com!!

Ok here goes! My husband is here on a spouse visa that expires in december this year. We have a 5 month old son. Can we get a filipino passport for my son aswell as a UK passport? How do we do this? Will he have dual nationality?
