Visit Visa Help Required - What is the "checklist" which needs to be signed?

Hi all

We have done a very thorough app. for a visit visa for my fiance to visit here before our wedding, one thing which has me tearing my hair out though is that parts of the process mention a ticked and signed document checklist.

We have all the documents and more, but I cannot find this checklist anywhere!!

Does anyone know if it is still required, and if so where it is??

Any help much appreciated!

Hi Jimbo. Here's the checklist for visit visas:

Print that, make sure to bring the documents required for your fiancee's specific travel category, then submit that printed checklist along with your other documents to the VFS. They will then stamp something on the back of the checklist and have you sign that stamp. That's what VFS Manila did when I went there earlier this week.

The Visa Application Form itself has the checklist integrated.
See Part 11 Supporting documents checklist on page 9

It's exactly the same for the Family Visit also (Part 11 Supporting documents checklist on page 9)
